Tutorial programs like ours, BC Academy of Real Estate, Benson Wang, Quick Pass Master, Get Fred, Realty Course, BC School of Real Estate, GOBC, GOBC Real Estate School, Real Smart, Realty Tutor 1000, and others cannot substitute for the UBC Real Estate Course and do not offer the Real Estate Licensing Exam.
However, there are some exemptions:
- If you have a Master’s of Science in Real Estate, you can request a waiver from the Real Estate Course and/or the Real Estate Exam.
- A Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate (B.Com.) from UBC and you have completed COMM 434 – Land Law (or BUSI 111), you can request a waiver from the Real Estate Course and/or the Real Estate Exam.
