Our Real Estate Course & Fee Details

By choosing Excel Realty, we’re going to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to pass the UBC real estate licensing exam on your FIRST try — we’re the fastest route to your BC real estate license!

We offer 2 different real estate course schedules:

Both programs consist of 12 in-classroom OR online live classes PLUS a final preparation mock exam class:

Your 1st option is our 3-week in-classroom program, which is our most intensive option. In just 3 short weeks, we’ll have 12 in-person classes and are 2-3 hours long per class.

• The classes run from Monday to Thursday, OR
• It’s possible that your program could start on a Tuesday. In that case,
• During the 1st week, we’ll have class on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• During the 2nd and 3rd weeks we’ll have class from Monday to Thursday, plus
• One more class on the Monday of the 4th week to complete the 12 classes.

Your 2nd option is our 6-week program, which stretches those same 12 classes over 6 weeks. Rather than 4 classes a week, we’ll have 2 classes per week. With our 6-week program, you’ll have the option between in-classroom classes OR online live classes, with days depending on which you prefer.

• Monday and Wednesday evenings (in-classroom), or
• Tuesday and Thursday evenings (ONLINE live classes through Zoom).
• Each class is still between 2 and 3 hours long.

What Materials and Resources are Included?

Our materials provide everything you need to pass the UBC real estate licensing exam, including:

• Help with your UBC assignments.
• Student hard copy workbook, condensed chapter notes and power point presentations.
• Comprehensive online real estate course and training.
• A coil-book with 1,000 questions organized in chapter order.
• Online version of the 1,000 questions, along with detailed explanations to clarify the questions, answers, and terminology used by UBC.
• Quizzes — after Chapter instructions to enhance and reinforce your knowledge.
• Instructor-led, interactive discussions of law questions to help students understand real estate law.
• Hands-on, interactive problem solving of all complex math problems that may appear in the exam.

2 to 3 weeks after completing either 3 or 6 weeks schedule, you will attend a final preparation class that includes a hands-on mock exam, — we are the ONLY tutorial company that will walk you through this valuable experience.

After attending the in-classroom mock exam you will have access to 6 online mock exams to practice at home — as close to the real thing as you can get.

Our online classes are LIVE virtual classes that are EXACTLY the same as our in-person classes; same level of interactions; asking questions; taking turn in solving questions; Zoom videos MUST be on; etc.

And our ironclad guarantee is that if you study our material, our approach will NOT fail you; so if you fail because of any other reasons, you’re welcome to repeat the classes for FREE — NO questions asked, except proof of failed.

Payment Structure

All of our courses; “3-week in-person", "6-week in-person" and the “6-week online” real estate courses cost the same fee of $1,199 + applicable taxes.

The tuition fee is fully payable with registration.

Fees are subject to change without any notice.

The fee is payable by cash, e-transfer, credit card through PayPal or through PayPal account.

Please note that we do NOT offer installments or one-on-one tutorials. Why? A reputable provider who offers a quality service or product won’t resort to such cheap tricks.

Just like any serious vendor, we offer an IRONCLAD guarantee for our service. We also offer a FREE repeat class if you fail the Real Estate Exam. Rolex does the same — if your watch breaks, they will fix or replace it until it is satisfactory.

Better Preparation

LESS than 50% of those who write the Real Estate Licensing Exam pass on their first try because they are NOT better prepared.

By studying with Excel Realty Academy, passing on your first try becomes highly probable because we believe in top-notch preparation. For us, every detail counts. We make sure to meticulously research and plan every detail; therefore, we’ve put the following conditions for you to enroll in our classes:

1. You must be a current student with the UBC Sauder School of Business for the real estate trading services licensing course.
2. IF you do NOT meet the BCFSA English proficiency requirement, and you are NOT fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English you MUST pass the CELPIP-General English Language exam before starting our classes.
• IF you do NOT meet the BCFSA English proficiency requirement, and you are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English you can enroll in our classes and write the CELPIP-General later.

After Passing the UBC Exam

Our relationship with you begins with our real estate course, but it doesn’t end there!

After you pass your real estate exam "Excel" will be by your side and ensure self-employment with top brokerages at no additional cost to you and we will help you with any questions or career concerns you may have.
