6-Week Program
Our traditional method also includes 12 classes, but spread over 6 weeks for a steadier pace.

How to Get Your Real Estate License in BC
If you're planning to get your real estate license in BC, here’s the exact process:
- Be 19 years or older.
- Be of good character (i.e. no criminal record).
- Meet the BC Financial Services Authority’s English language requirement.
- Register for the UBC Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course.
- Many students choose to supplement the UBC course with structured real estate exam preparation to build stronger understanding and confidence before writing the exam.
- Pass the real estate exam at UBC.
- After passing your exam, complete the Residential/Commercial Real Estate Trading Applied Course.
